Happy Solar Eclipse, beautiful spirit!
The winds of change have ushered in a VERY significant Solar Eclipse in 9 degrees of Aries! We entered this transformational portal today, March 29th at 3:58 AM PT (6:58 AM ET). This impactful celestial event brings us a huge boost of action-oriented energy, massive metamorphosis and a vast array of opportunities in our lives!
The Arian themes include assertiveness, action, decisiveness, enthusiasm, leadership, courage, initiation, eagerness, and enterprise. Have you come up with an amazing inspired idea and are waiting for the perfect time to get it out into the world? Trying to summon the courage to become the leader of your own life? There is no better time than a fiery Aries New Moon Eclipse! You can begin by taking just ONE small step towards bringing those ideas and plans into reality.
Solar Eclipses are VERY powerful events, bringing about MAJOR transformation in our lives. This is a monumental consciousness upgrade! You can look at this as a sacred opportunity to honor what needs to be put to rest in your life and to create new beginnings that will reinvigorate your life. The shifts and changes from a Solar Eclipse continue for as long as 6 months to a year afterwards. The house of your birth chart where the eclipse takes place will give you more info about what area of your life it is affecting specifically.
Neptune enters Aries on March 30th, which is the beginning of a new 165 year astrological cycle. This is an incredibly important event for all of us! Neptune has been in Pisces since April of 2011, and was last in Aries from 1861-1875. We can look back at the events of that time to get some ideas of what we may experience collectively between now and 2039, when Neptune moves into Gemini. However, Neptune is not the only outer planet to make a big shift at this time! Pluto moved into Aquarius in November 2024, Saturn enters Aries in May and Uranus will move into Gemini on July 7th as well. Be prepared for some monumental changes in our world! Focusing on what we wish to create as a collective and doing what we can to embody the highest and best potentials of Aquarius, Aries and Gemini will help us to move in the right direction with all of these new Fire and Air energies.
The time is NOW to look at the energy and the vision that you would like to create for the rest of 2025. Are you happy with where you find yourself currently-or is there some deeper transformational work to be done? It’s time to make new conscious decisions and to envision what you REALLY want, releasing the things that are no longer in alignment with your heart and inner truth. The decisions you make and the actions you commit to now will set the stage for the next 6-12 months, so make sure you are clear on what you want and are consciously moving towards it.
Eclipses run in 19 year cycles. The last time we had a solar eclipse in 9 degrees of Aries was in March of 2006. To get an idea of which area of your life will be most affected by this eclipse, think back to what was going on in your life around that time. You will find similar themes being activated for you now also. This won’t necessarily show up exactly the same way this time, but it will most likely strongly resonate with the events that were taking place for you then.
Mercury entered its retrograde period in Aries/Pisces on March 15th and will remain there through April 7th. The retrograde time asks us to take time to care for ourselves…….to slow down, breathe and take care of body, mind and spirit. Take this time to redo, revise, reorganize, reconnect, reflect and revisit wherever needed. It’s a great time to “clean out the closets” and revamp both your inner and outer environments.
It’s a GREAT time to review your intentions that you are creating during this New Moon cycle, pay attention to anything that comes up for revision with those intentions, then wait until after the Libra Full Moon on April 12th to implement any major action if possible. Venus will station direct on 4/12, which can be very helpful with creating what we desire as well!
This eclipse cycle is an especially potent time to set your intentions and plant the seeds for your highest desires to manifest later on in the moon cycle. When setting intentions after a Solar Eclipse, be sure to wait until at least 48 hours AFTER the eclipse has become exact. This is different then setting intentions during a regular New Moon period. It is important to also avoid any Moon Void of Course times when doing so.

~Which one action can I take this coming week that will accelerate the evolution of my highest goals and dreams for the next 6-12 months?
~What do I need to release that is no longer in alignment with my Higher Self?
~What are the most impactful changes I can make that best align with my intentions and who I am choosing to become now?
