Hello beautiful spirit!
We are currently flowing in the energies of a magical Cancer Full Moon. This celestial event became exact Monday, January 13th at 2:27 PM PT (5:27 PM ET) in almost 24 degrees of Cancer.
This watery Full Moon asks us to focus on nurturing. How can we nurture ourselves as well as others right now? Are we getting all of our needs met? We may feel a pull back and forth between the lunar Cancer energies of feeling, caring and nurturing opposite the Sun in Capricorn energies of practicality, stability and accomplishment. The idea is to integrate these opposite energies to create a harmonious balance between the two. Cancer and Capricorn want us to open our hearts, while still being able to keep our feet on the ground.
Chiron in Aries is squaring the Sun and our Cancer Full Moon, bringing to our awareness what is in need of healing as we take our first steps in the beginnings of a fresh New Year.. Notice what is coming to your awareness now, and spend some time focusing on how you can begin to heal and release this.
The Lunar Nodes shifted into Pisces (North Node) and Virgo (South Node) on January 11th. This begins an 18 month journey from the previous fire and air signs of Aries and Libra into the elements of water and earth that will be in place into July 2026.
The North Node in Pisces (what we are designed to be moving TOWARDS throughout our lives) asks us to move more into a space of ease & flow, listen to and trust our intuition, spend time going within and connecting with Spirit, and to spend time in nature (being in or by the water is perfect!) The North Node is also conjunct Neptune in Pisces, which emphasizes the above energies and provides us space to focus on our dreams.
The Virgo South Node guides us to move AWAY from perfectionism, criticism of self and others, routines that are in need of change, and the need to do, do, do! You can let all of that GO now.
Mars retrograde in Cancer is conjunct our Full Moon as well as trining Neptune and the North Node in Pisces, providing us the ability to set boundaries where needed while keeping our focus aligned with our highest plan for this lifetime. What feels FABULOUS to you right now? Things may move a bit slowly until Mars goes direct in Leo, but creating and planning are great to do during this time!
Uranus is in synchronicity with both the Sun and Moon, allowing in unexpected guidance and opportunities, new ways of creating-and opening you up to a renewed sense of self and exciting new possibilities! What is coming through for YOU?
Full moons celebrate completion and the culmination of the things you have been working to achieve since the beginning of the New Moon cycle two weeks ago. Celebrate ALL of your wins, big or small! Reevaluate now and decide what you want to release from your life, whatever is no longer serving your highest good (whether that is old habits, ways of being, situations or relationships). You can journal about what you intend to release and then burn the paper in a fire safe container, releasing that energy to the Universe to be magically transformed.
I invite you to ask yourself these questions as we begin 2025, which is a “9” year in numerology. This 9 year is the ending of a cycle, a time to finally release whatever you are still hanging onto from these past 9 years and put it all to rest so that you are able to move forward with everything you wish to create for our new 9 year cycle!
~ How is my soul calling out for me to commit to my highest potential in 2025?
~ Where am I still stuck in old familiar energies that are keeping me from moving forward? How can I release these once and for all?
